Honeymooning in Bohol Beach Club

After finishing our honeymoon and popping into El Nido for the past few months it’s been tough to get a few days all to ourselves without the stress of starting our own business. Fortunately for us we had the privilege of being hosted by Bohol Beach Club (which we found through Agoda) for a couple of days while we attended our friends’, TJ and Paul’s gorgeous wedding next door! La Posada Del Quinde Otavalo

When you roll into Otavalo it’s difficult to assess whether or not it’s a beautiful town. The time of the year we came was dry, warm, and dusty. We rolled in by bus from Colombia and then took a short taxi toΒ La Posada Del QuindeΒ which again from the outside we were unsure about. We we came in we immediately understood why the hotel itself and the restaurant, Cafe Pachamama, were both on #1 on Tripadvisor’s ranking. Casa Giralda Banos

Even with the Pope’s arrival in Quito and his few days in Ecuador it seemed like much of the Ecuadorian population was in Banos. When we rolled up into Casa Giralda Banos we were surprised at how busy the pools were and how many people there were. There were mainly Ecuadorians though we ran into a few foreigners who were also enjoying the pools in the hotel that had water coming directly from the thermal waters of the mountain.
