So here is an easy leche flan recipe of a classic dessert from the Philippines. As a little kid I use to just watch my titas make batch after batch of them during fiestas. It’s an easy fail proof recipe and you can either use a steamer or an oven on a water bath. My Love for Food

So I finally followed a good friends advice and blog about the things I’ve been cooking up in the kitchen. I honestly thought traveling would slow me down in playing with pots & pans but clearly it hasn’t.. It turns out working at hostel kitchens, having limited supply & being deprived of the food we got used to back home, are the ingredients to bringing out creativity in cooking.
